1. Information We Collect and Process
When you use the KiduCode Cloud Console and our integrations, we may process or store the following information to provide our services:
- Vercel Integration Data: Encrypted Vercel OAuth access tokens, Vercel user and team identifiers, project and repository identifiers, deployment IDs, statuses, branches, and URLs, as well as organization and audit information.
- AI and Workflow Data: AI prompts submitted through the console or CLI, and the generated task results, where applicable, to improve context and maintain your coding history.
- Account Data: Standard profile information such as email addresses provided during registration.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to provide and maintain the KiduCode Cloud services, sync your coding environment with your Vercel deployments, facilitate AI code generation, and improve our platform's reliability.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data and integration metadata only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account or disconnect an integration, we revoke the associated access tokens immediately and permanently delete stored tokens and related metadata (such as deployment statuses and repository identifiers) within 30 days. AI prompts and generated task results are retained according to your workspace settings and can be manually cleared at any time.
4. Subprocessors and Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted subprocessors (such as cloud infrastructure providers and LLM API providers) strictly for the purpose of operating our services. All subprocessors are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
5. Security Practices
We implement industry-standard security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest (such as OAuth tokens) and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit. Access to production databases is strictly controlled and audited.
6. Account Disconnection
You may revoke KiduCode's access to your Vercel account at any time via your Vercel dashboard. Upon disconnection, KiduCode will immediately cease data collection and revoke use of the associated OAuth tokens. Stored token records and related metadata are permanently deleted within 30 days.
